A step-by-step guide on how to keep your membership active after you change credit cards.

Did you just get a new credit card or did your existing one expire? If so, this article is for you!

Here is a step-by-step guide on how to easily update your payment preferences within your 7investing account dashboard — to ensure your membership remains uninterrupted and you can stay up-to-date on the stocks you love.

Step 1: Log Into Your Account

Visit https://7investing.com/my-account/ to log in to your 7investing account dashboard. This is your one-stop-shop and home base to manage everything related to your account.

Step 2: Change Payment / Subscription

Select the “Change Payment / Subscription” option on the left-hand sidebar.

Then click on the “Change Payment” blue button at the bottom.

 

Step 3: Add New Card Info

Under the “Authorize.net” section, input your new card info.

One you’re finished, click “Change Payment Method” at the bottom.

 

Step 4: Repeat if Needed

Repeat steps 2) and 3) to add as many credit cards or payment methods as you’d like.

You can then toggle between which card/option you would prefer.

Step 5: You’re All Set!

Your membership is now reactivated and you’re all set for future renewals!
