Superb management; its founder just bought $50 million worth of shares. However, it also missed previous deadlines and high debt, but it will refinance.

They are hitting their deadlines again, and with FIG (and co-founder) backing them, they have great experience with high debt, which shouldn’t be a problem. This is a value investment.

They are around their IPO price, 5 years out. Seems to be below intrinsic value.
