Portillo’s is a fast-casual restaurant serving Chicago-style street food. The main “unique” items are the Italian beef sandwiches and Chicago-style hot dogs.

One of the highest annual sales of fast causal restaurants. Chicago locations avg 10.8M and Sunbelt locations avg 6.6M with avg store margin of 31% and 20% respectively.

Currently 85 locations which a plan to expand up to 800 locations with about a 10% expansion plan that they should be able to fund with operating income.
